The Nigerian women’s basketball team, D’Tigress qualified for the final of the 2023 AfroBasket after defeating the hosts, Rwanda, 79 – 48 points on Thursday.
D’Tigress is one victory away from winning a fourth straight continental championship as they aim for the achievement.
The women’s unbeaten streak in the continental tournament currently stands at 23 games after their 79-48 semifinal demolition of the Rwandan hosts.
